Once you place your first pickup & delivery order, you’ll receive a personalized valet bag to put your laundry in and a door hook to hang them on at the time of your first pickup. From there, you can place your pickup & delivery orders from our Customer Connect portal for contactless laundry and dry cleaning services! Through this portal, you can add addresses, preferences, special instructions, and more to help your pickup & delivery process go as smoothly as possible. Pickup & delivery is free for orders $25 or more and is not applicable on specialty items like suede, leather, furs, and purses.
